Bronx Community College Phase VI Boiler Plant Upgrade

Dynamic US is the selected Design Build Contractor for the Bronx Community College Boiler Plant Replacement and is diligently working to bring it to successful completion.
The project is a significant upgrade to the campus, designed to enhance energy reliability and safety while ensuring the comfort of faculty and students. It entails a comprehensive set of tasks, including the demolition and removal of various equipment such as steam boilers, heaters, ventilators, unit heaters, tanks, pumps, and fuel oil-related components. Simultaneously, Dynamic US is overseeing the installation of temporary boilers, new low NOX, firetube boilers, hot water pumps, air separators, heat exchangers, combustion air fans, and more. It also encompasses the installation of a stainless-steel breeching/chimney system and the removal and replacement of the energy plant roof surface membrane.
This project demands a coordinated effort across multiple trades, including general construction, civil, structural, HVAC, electrical, and more.
