The Pierre Hotel

A landmark in Manhattan, the five-star Pierre Hotel is located on the corner of East 61 street and Fifth Avenue, with spectacular views of Central Park. Since the Grand Opening in 1930, utilities were provided by a central plant in an adjacent building. Dynamic US Inc. provides continuous energy upgrades while remaining focused on sustainability, installing some of the highest efficiency comfort heating and cooling systems available on the market today. The project is part of the rotunda and ballroom renovation set to be open by September 2021.
